Vision

Like many other residents of Kingston & The Islands, I want to see a change in how our nation is governed.

I want to remove the cynicism and detachment that has developed in our country, and replace it with trust, hope and confidence in Canada and its federal government. I want to help build a country that is economically prosperous, socially just, and environmentally sustainable.

Most importantly, I want the Canadian people to regain the optimism in our nation’s future, as we have had in the past, despite the present administration in Ottawa.  We must always be vigilant against those who would create divisions in our country, either for short term political gain, or for the long term break up of our country.  Our history shows us that when we come together as one people, we can achieve great things despite the challenges.  Canada is a great country, but it can be much greater.

I bring a fresh approach, new ideas, persistence, commitment and idealism.  I belong to a new generation of Canadians who don’t fear change, but embrace it.  As a person with strong moral and ethical values, I can bring integrity, commitment and leadership to bear on the issues our country is facing.  With hard work and a spirit of cooperation, I know that Canada can be the country where your children and their families will thrive and prosper.
